Supporting a nonprofit, no-kill shelter caring for abused, neglected, abandoned, and injured animals in Fayette County, Tennessee.

I volunteered to create social media posts that introduced adoptable dogs and cats, raised awareness, and encouraged support for the rescue.
One campaign encouraged supporters to order around 50 bags of dog food in a single weekend. Alongside regular adoption posts, I helped with event graphics and practical improvements to the rescue’s digital tools.
The rescue also needed a simpler way to manage adoption and foster submissions. I evaluated Jotform for its approachable editing experience and flexible features, then designed forms that were easy for applicants to complete and staff to maintain.
I set up automated notifications, conditional requirements that requested information when relevant, and automatic video uploads to a location within the rescue’s existing system. These improvements kept staff informed and gave them more time to focus on the animals, with estimated savings of thousands of hours each year.
